    Oh, and in case I haven’t spammed your comments enough: Your MP3 was saved at 160 kpbs, which is pretty high for a podcast. You don’t really need that level of fidelity for spoken word, and as a result the files are taking up more space than they need to be (and take longer to download). If you can figure it out, try reducing the quality to something like 64 kbps and see if you’re still happy with how it sounds.
