PTC = Idiots

The Parents Television Council is predictably flipping its shit about two women saying “tits over ass” at the Emmys. It’s worthless discussing the myriad of reasons why the PTC is wrong (kids can handle it, change the channel, don’t watch the Emmys in the first place, quit making decisions for the rest of us), so instead, let’s figure out who came up with “tits over ass.” What a phrase.
